Job Overview

  • Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone and providing relevant data/ information about existing clients/new projects.
  • Meeting with customers and clients giving them various investment proposals, briefing them about the product, convincing the customers.
  • Converting prospects into customers and achieving sales targets.Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining healthy relationship with them.
  • Providing after sales support to the clients and maintaining healthy relationship with them.   Exploring the new investment avenues through Market Research.
